Want to earn a living alongside the Pizza Kings of Lake Geneva? Try interviewing at one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the city. Located about 10 miles north of the Wisconsin-Illinois border, Lake Geneva is situated on the eastern shores of Geneva Lake. Attracting tourists since the 1800s, the city has a vibrant nightlife, packed beaches and a downtown district that is both historic and popular. In 2009, Lake Geneva was recognized as a Distinctive Designation by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Adding to this is Mama Cimino’s, a restaurant that brings Sicilian flavor plus American cuisine to customers seven days a week, opening every day at 4 p.m. Using only fresh ingredients and kneading dough daily, the staff are trusted with realizing the recipes of owner Nick Cimino and making customers feel like they are a part of the Cimino family.

Nick’s family came to America from Ribera, Sicily, in 1971. The Ciminos have been serving food to people for nearly half a decade. Bringing Old Country flavors to the United States, the Ciminos found success in the restaurant industry.

Nick joined the family business in 1984, making pizzas full-time. His mother, the original Mama Cimino, who can be seen on the sign, helped Nick branch out with his own authentic Italian restaurant. His own recipes derive from Mama Cimino’s. Lake Geneva’s Mama Cimino’s Restaurant opened in 2010.

At Mama Cimino’s, the menu includes oven-baked pastas, calzones, Stromboli — many Sicilian favorites. There are also American dishes, like burgers, chicken and ribs. Of course, there is also pizza. Lots of pizza.

Forging a reputation as your hometown’s pizza requires an excellent staff. To find out what employment opportunities are available at Mama Cimino’s, call Nick at 262-348-9077.
